New comment for the EIEL website on logging in the Białowieża forest
The Polish government has recently announced the release of an update to its management plan for the Białowieża forest, authorising new logging operations for the first time since 2016. The European Commission’s Education, Audiovisuals and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) has selected a Jean Monnet Module proposal I wrote with Prof. Riccardo Pavoni (University of Siena) for co-funding under the Erasmus+ Programme (Call EAC/A03/2016).
